Cathia is a multifaceted professional with expertise in economics, industrial relations, and business analytics. With a background as a director at a national union, senior policy advisor for the Government of Ontario, and various consulting roles, Cathia has honed her skills across the public sector, unions, and industry associations. Motivated by a desire for autonomy and a commitment to holistic health, she transitioned from traditional sectors to focus on independence from centralized systems. As a biohacker and co-founder of Off the Grid Communities, Cathia pioneers alternative living solutions, offering affordable land co-ownership in pristine wilderness settings with a focus on sustainability and self-sufficiency.
